Food Engineering/Manufacturing/selling homemade tea

Question
I would like to sell my homemade ice tea. The ingredients I use are all USDA
organic. A health food store owned by a friend is willing to carry my product.
How do I go about this and how do I keep the Organic status?

Answer
I can't help much here, since I do little in organics. I do know that there is a whole certification process you go through to maintain that status. I think if you Google'd on "organic products manufacturing" or something like that, you should be able to see what you need.  Good luck.
