Food Engineering/Manufacturing - snack food manufacturing

Expert: Jim Pfister - 5/9/2006

Question
Dear Jim,
Would you be able to give me a list of food manufactures that would produce and distribute under my label a style of beer nut that I have developed.
  Thanks for your help!
        Paul Gelose

Answer
Paul,
Not knowing anything further than what you said in your note - and particularly the geographic location - I can't be specific. Usually I tell someone just starting out to look into either the contract packers association or the private label manufacturers association. Both have web sites that can lead you to the people you likely should be talking to.
Good Luck!
Jim P.
