Hi Jim, I'm planning to import container loads of color-printed pizza boxes. Can you advise the correct carton stock to comply with necessary FDA, structural and barrier qualities?
Can you advise the necessary inks and barrier coatings to comply with FDA regulations?
If you are not able to answer these sorts of questions can you recommend a good source of information? Thanks, Hank

Hi Hank,
This is beyond my area of expertise. I would try the Foodservice Packaging Institute http://www.fpi.org.

I also worked with a DC law firm, OF&W, for many years while I was with the Food Institute. They are very knowledgeable in everything FDA - http://www.ofwlaw.com/
