Question
Hello, Jim,
First, thanks for your time and assistance.
My main concern is the nutrition/ingredient label on a food product I want to distribute/sell. How do I get the ingredients analized/broken down to show it's nutritional value? What about preservatives? Also, how do I introduce my father's product to our local grocery chain? I live in Texas. Thanks again!

I am sure there are others and I am not endorsing this one. I have never known anyone who has used them.
I can't help with introducing it to the local chain. You may want to contact some food brokers in your area.
