Question
Would these sites also provide exporters?  Are there any free sources?  If these sites do not provide exporters, where could I find a list or directory?

P.S.  Thank you for your response.

Question -
How can I find a detailed list of pork product (bacon, sausage, ham, etc.) distributors throughout the U.S.?  Also, where could I find a detailed category breakdown of the different purchasers of pork products in the States?
Answer -
There is no list of buyers that I know of. You can find a list of distributors at http://www.csgis.com

You can also try www.contactdirect.com and www.tfir.com.

Answer
Will,
There is a free source of U.S. exporters from USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service at: http://www.fas.usda.gov/scripts/agexport/ussupplierquery.asp

You might also try the National Pork Producers Council at http://www.nppc.org/ for more resources.
