Food Safety Issues - left out spaghetti

Expert: Carl Copeland - 1/23/2008

Question
Can spaghetti that's been left in the oven overnight be served?

Answer
Lynn,
How are you doing?  Leaving any item out overnight unrefrigerated is not good as bacteria is going to grow if the temperature is not 40 degrees Fahrenheit. If you check any of my answers you will notice that I will not tell anyone to throw anything away unless I am positively sure it will harm you and your family.
