I bought some raw ground turkey and forgot to put in the refrigerator when I got home..It was out on my counter about 2 hours from the time it left the refrigerator section at the market and was put into my freezer.  I read some where up to four hours is safe, but want to make sure I don't make my family ill if I use it.

The suggested time to put something refrigerated and purchased in a supermarket is 2 hours. You and your Family should be fine.
