Question Hello,
I bought a ham for Easter that was frozen. It did not thaw in time for Easter, but is thawed now, 4 days later. It has been in the refrigerator the whole time, but I am not sure if it would be OK to cook and eat.
Answer Hello Jodi,
How are you doing? It takes awhile for items to thaw in the refrigerator however this is the most suggested way to thaw frozen meat. Your ham is fine to cook and serve.
