Food Safety Issues/Ham in package

I bought a Hormel Spiral Sliced Bone-in ham, fully cooked for Thanksgiving. I never opened it. It's been in my refrigerator. There is no Exp. date on it. Can I still use it?

Hi Erika,

The general rule of thumb for unmarked fully cooked ham is to refrigerate and use within 7 days of purchase or freeze for future use.

Since your ham is now 30+ days in the refrigerator, the recommendation is to not cook it but rather pitch it.

Sorry....buT Happy New Year!
