Food Safety Issues/Glass scratches/cracks

After we ate the meal from the crock pot, I noticed some scratches, or could it be a teensy crack on the inside of the glass lid. They aren't large, but they can be felt scratchy when I run my fingernail over them. If there were small bits of glass in the food, is this very dangerous? Should I throw out the rest of the food?
I have been noticing some scratches on my glass Pyrex, too, but not so scratchy with fingernail. I wonder what to do with them. Seems like we must have eaten scratched off glass before in all these years, but maybe I wasn't paying attention. This kind of has me panicky.

Sorry I didn't get to this right away. I was out of town. I wouldn't worry about scratches in glass like pyrex. If the glass is cracked though it should be thrown out because the crack will only get worse. If there were small pieces of glass in the food they will likely pass through your digestive system without harm to you. Coming out in your stool when you go to the bathroom. If you are worried about the food then throw it out. I always do that when I am worried something may have contaminated food I make. Again, sorry for the late response. it couldn't be helped.
