Food Safety Issues/expired date

Question
I have not used the Lloyds' bbq ribs I purchased yet. They are fully cooked and expired 1 month ago. Are they still OK?

Answer
Hi Rene,

If the ribs were frozen on or before the "best if used by" date, they can be safely defrosted in the refrigerator and then reheated. Once defrosted you should reheat and consume within 2-3 days.

However, if the ribs were just refrigerated, then they should be pitched.
