Question
Once a frozen meal has
Been cooked through...can it be refrigerated and reheated the next day?

Answer
Hi Natalie,

Yes, this is perfectly safe to do as long as the leftover meal was refrigerated within 2 hours after taking out of the oven.  Then the next day you can reheat the meal to a temperature of at least 165 degrees F. before consuming.
