Food Safety Issues/Hand washing/listeria monocytogenes

Earlier today I got old hotdog juice on my hands. Normally I wouldn't be concerned about this, but I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and the hot dogs were very old (about 8 months old). My friend said they had been kept in a storage freezer in her garage up until she put them in the fridge last week.  Was helping her clean out the fridge and when I picked up the hotdog package, juice from the package, which obviously had a hole in it got onto my hands. I threw the hotdogs away and washed my hands a couple of times. My concern is, is that I used the same hand towel to dry my hands in between washes, and wasn't sure if I could have recontaminated my hands? The hand towel was clean when I dryer them the first time. I washed them once, dried them, then decided just to be on the safe side I would wash them again. I know hotdogs can contain harmful bacteria like  Listeria and Salmonella especially if your pregnant. Hoping I didn't recontaminated myself.
Thank You Baylee

This is a very similar question to one I recently received. Take a look at recent questions posed to me and you will see this. Bottom line is you have nothing to worry about. There have been no recent outbreaks associated with hot dogs. The risk to you is very very low. Please read my recent comments to the same question.
