Question
This is a recipe for a pumpkin torte.  Could it be safely frozen?

24   Nabisco graham crackers  
1/2  C  Milk  
1/3  C  Iris sugar  
1/2  tsp  Salt  
1/2  C  Butter  
1  tbsp  Ground cinnamon  
2   Eggs beaten  
1  envelope  Plain gelatin  
3/4  C Iris sugar  
1/4  C  Cold water  
1 (8 oz) pkg  Cream cheese  
3   Egg whites  
2  C Libby pumpkin (small can)  
1/4  C  Iris sugar  
3  Egg yolks
1/2  pt  Rich's whipping cream  
1/2  C  Iris sugar  


Mix crushed graham crackers, 1/3 cup sugar and butter. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Mix beaten eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cook pumpkin, egg yolks, 1/2 cup of sugar, milk, salt and cinnamon until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add gelatin dissolved in cold water. Cool.
Beat egg white, 1/4 cup sugar, Fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour over cooled baked crust. Top with whipped cream.

Hello Jane,
  Jane in my opinion the answer is no.  If you did it would have to be flash frozen and kept at 0° which is what most modern freezer temperature is.  When you thaw it out you might find that it separates.  If frozen by placing just in your freezer it stands a chance of harboring bacteria, not necessarily so but possible.   My advice would be to search Amazon.com for books or one of these other websites for answers if you are not satisfied with mine.
