Question How long can a cooked and glazed ham sit at room temperature?
Answer Hi Pricscilla,
It is recommended to not have potentially dangerous foods (means they can support the rapid growth of bacteria)like ham in the danger zone (40 to 140 degrees)more than 2 hours. After that, it should be refrigerated, for up to 5 days, and if there are still leftovers, freeze up to 3 months.
Happy Thanksgiving,
