How do I keep a pecan pie and a sweet potato fresh if I make them 4 days in advance.

How are you doing? I know you are trying to complete things in advance but the refrigerated storage time for
Pie and Pastries is 3 days. So make sure you are in this time period as I am sure there will be no leftovers.
