Question
Due to a family emergency, we are not able to cook our de-frosted turkey until Saturday. How can we keep it safe until then?

I am truly sorry to hear of your family emergency. A fully defrosted turkey can be kept refrigerated for about 2 days. If possible maybe you could have a good friend cook it for you after you season it to perfection first. For more Food Storage info visit
