How long can cut canteloupe be in the fridge for?

Hi Stacey,

Cut cantaloupe can last up to one week in the refrigerator, depending upon the ripeness of the melon when cut. It's best to keep it in a covered container or wrapped in plastic to prevent their odor from spreading to other foods.
