Food Safety Issues/cooked spaghetti squash

Question
Hello,

I baked a whole spaghetti squash last week.  How long is it good for in the regrigerator?  Thank you.

Answer
Hi Jen,

The recommendation is to use cooked vegetables within 2-3 days of initial preparation.

If you can not use it in that time frame you can always freeze the squash for future use. Simply pack in freezer containers, seal and freeze.
