Question
Can raw eggs in the shell be frozen?

Answer
Hi Joan,

No -- not unless you like broken eggs and a messy freezer!

You can freeze eggs out of the shell -- either whole eggs, egg yolks alone or egg whites alone.  For information on how to freeze, please see this website: http://www.uga.edu/nchfp/how/freeze/eggs.html

Good luck!
