Question
after cooking a prime rib how lomg does it stay good for in a walk in cooler

Answer
Hi Rhonda,

Prime rib...yum,yum!!!

Cooked meats that are refrigerated should be used within 3-4 days.  If you can't use it in that time period, you should freeze the meat.

Once frozen, for best quality, use the frozen cooked meat within 2 months.
