Question how long can milk be kept after it is frozenand unthawed?
Answer Hi Jennifer,
Fresh milk purchased at the grocery store has about 5-7 days of refrigerator storage life upon purchasing. If you freeze milk and then defrost it in the refrigerator, you should have at least 3-5 days, depending upon the age of the milk when it was initially frozen. Freezing does not extend the refrigerator shelf life of the original milk.
