Question Accidentally left some whole bunched spinach, lettuce and radish out over night. Are they safe to eat after rewashing?
Answer Hi Martin,
Fresh, uncooked vegetables can be left out of refrigeration but will age much faster than if refrigerated. They are safe to consume after washing -- just maybe not as crisp and fresh tasting as those that have been refrigerated since harvest.
