Question
I was wondering would you please explain to me:  why when you eat salty foods,
your always thirsty?

Thanks

Answer
Cameron,
It is your body's way of maintaining an electrolyte balance.  The salt concentration in your cells is increased when you eat salty material and the water you drink dilutes it to an acceptable level and help to eliminate the excess salt.
