Question Hello I am having trouble to fine and LP oven that can be install
on trailer for selling pizza on concessions, Fairs, etc. The type
of oven I need is some thing that look like a wood oven, that I can fit about 4 pie at the same time, my pizza are 8 inches, and
I will like to fetter done in about 2 mins. Thanks
Answer The only oven that will cook a pizza in 32 minutes is an electric turbochef. A wood oven in a trailer is not going to work for many reasons.
The only other option is a conveyorized Lincoln (LP gas or electric)oven with cook times of 6 to 7 minutes. Have you gone to visit a foodservice dealer yet? That is what you need to do. Good luck.
