I will not dignify rude or disparaging comments with a response. I also will not entertain questions that use profanity. Football officials don't seek to “screw” any team Such an insinuation is ridiculous and ludicrous.

Question
Heyy,
Last year i played running back and am the fastest on my team.
But im not sure i can cut it next year due to competition of bigger more experienced players.
Im in the 8th grade next year,I'm 5'4, i weigh 105.
I bench 130, and squat 210.
I wanna know some ways i can improve my muscle mass, strength, endurance, without losing speed.

Answer
Matt
You are still growing.  You are in 8th grade, your body will grow and you will mature over the next several years.  Don't worry about size and speed.  Eat right, a balanced nutritional diet, exercise, run (Sprints and 1-2 miles Jog), continue to lift weights to increase strength and muscle mass, make sure you stretch and do core training to strengthen your back and abs. You will naturally increase your muscle mass, strength and endurance and not lose a step of speed.  With your natural growth your strides will become longer and your speed will increase.

Best of luck
