Question
What is the new force out rule?

Answer
The new force out rules is like the college force out rule. Basically in the past if a receiver was airborne when he caught the ball, and then was pushed out by a defender the official on the play had to make a judgement whether or not the receiver would have landed inbounds had he not been pushed/forced out. Stating this year if a receiver is pushed out of bounds and cannot get both feet inbounds, the pass will be ruled incomplete, there is no more judgement from the officials on the play.
