Ford - 1978 ford bronco front driverside drum

Expert: Ragu - 10/7/2009

Question
To start off my email is weird because its the email to my cell phone I use it more than the computer so I listed it. My question is my front driver side tire won't spin or rotate I trided putting it in four wheel drive and that didn't work and trying to but it in reverse didn't work either all I can figure is somethings wrong inside that drum but I have no idea what it would be?

Answer
sorry it took so long to get back they had a problem with my sign in.I would remove the hub cover to gain access to the bearing .now to do this you have to very carful there are small pieces that may fall out and you will miss them.so place everything down on a rag in the order you take them out.there is a special tool to make the job easier and you can rent it from autozone or you could just use a screwdriver and tap out the retainer its up to you.
