Question i have a 2002 mercury sable gs with an air bag code of 3-3, what could cause this and can i reset it myself
Answer sorry it took so long to get back they had a problem with my sign in. your air bag code should begin with a B code how did you get 3-3? if it is a 33 then there is a problem with the driver seat belt .raise the seat up or go all the way forward to see if someone push something under the seat and the connector came unplug .if not you have to ether take a chance and get one from a junk yard.and put it in .or take it to the dealer if you do your butt will hurt for days.now if you do it yourself make sure you disconnect the battery.and you should be ok
