Ford - Engine surges and misses

Question
My 1994 Ford E350 RV with a 7.5L fuel injection V8 automatic Trans has developed a miss at idle, and it surges (bucks) at light throttle and deceleration. It seems fine at acceleration and has no problem climbing a 2000 foot grade. The engine has 60,000 original miles on it and we figured it needed a tune up. We replaced the worn out cap and rotor and 8 clean burning Spark plugs that were some what worn out. The Air filter and crankcase element were replaced along with Oil and filter change. The Spark Plug wires showed no sign of Arcking in the darkness after replacing the plug, but the Engine still has a miss at idle and the surging is still present at light throttle and deceleration. The Check Engine light has not come on, but it is present  when first turning the ignition key, so it dose have a working bulb in it. We are out of solutions can you please HELP.

Answer
does your RV sit for a long time? is sounds like bad gas/dirty throttle body. replace the fuel filter, get a can of Throttle body/Carb cleaner and a bottle of injector cleaner. dump the injector cleaner in the tank, pull the air hose to the intake with the motor running, rev it up slightly by hand and spray the carb cleaner into the intake slowly, use the whole can. if there is anything gumming up the motor it should be broken free. after the spray take a good drive 20+ miles, let the injector in the tank work through the motor. pull the TPI and spray it down with some carb cleaner, make sure its not gumming up and put that back before starting to spray out the intake
