HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE? ANY HINTS AND ADVICE IS APPRECIATED. HTE REPLACEMENT CD/RADIO IS FROM A 2000-2002 FORD EXPLORER.
             THANKS, PODGE1

Answer
podge1,

If there was a radio that was in the truck thta you are installing the new radio into, you should not need any special parts as long as the new radio is the same size. The amount of time it will take depends on how mechanically inclined that you are. On average, it should not take much more than an hour. If you are not sure about the wiring, got to your local Auto Zone or Advanced Auto and purchase a Haynes manual for the male, model and year of your vehicle to use for reference. Hope that this helps and if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Good luck.
