Question
The blower motor does not come on all the time. I have replaced two cooling fan relays. Could it be the temp. control module? I cannot find a fuse blown.

Answer
The cooling fan relay is for the radiator fan, not the blower. If you have automatic temp control, it could be the blower controller. If you have manual controls, it may be the blower resistor or switch.

And, if the blower only works on high, the resistor or controller is definitely the problem.
