Question
I have a 2005 f150 5-speed v6 work truck trim.  The truck did not come with cruise control.  I didn't think I would miss it, but I do.  Is there an easy way to add it?

Answer
their are kits out there after market that would be cheaper to install-you can buy all components from ford but ecm would have to be reprogrammed also-i usually don't care for aftermarket but if you are willing to spend a little more than minimun you can get some good ones remember you will get what you pay for. research on the net. first. i am not going to name any particular brands because a lot depend on installation-please solder all connections and cover with heat shrink tape.
