Question
I drive a 1999 Ford Explorer and this morning when I started my vehicle the message center console was not on and my air conditioner was not on.  I tried turning on the air conditioner but it would not turn on.  Does this have anything to do with the message center console not coming on?  What do I need to replace to get the message center console to come back on and the air conditioner to come back on?

Answer
first wiggle your key and see if it comes on if it does replace ignition switch if not check all fuses with a test light if they are ok send it to a reputable garage and have it checked/repaired and remember just because a repair facility doesn't tell you what you want to hear that don't make them not reputable.
