Question hi,my 93 f-150 5.0 litre eng lite flashes when driving but doesn't stay on solid.i just replaced the 02 sensor but the lite still flashes.i rereived the code 1 flash,a short pause then another 1 flash.where do i go from here, thanks
ken
Answer There are three parts to code checking on this year Ford, key on engine off, key on engine running, and continuos or memory codes. Code 11 is a pass code in any of these tests. If you did a KOEO test, after the 11 you should have got a 10, then another 11 or some other code. To help you I need to know if there is a code after the 10 separator code.
Typically a flashing CEL indicates a misfire bad enough to cause catalyst damage. How is the truck running?
