Question Why is my 2003 Expedition burning up PCM relays.
Answer I have not encountered this problem nor heard of it happening. You haven't given many details, like if you can get codes from the pcm, if it lasts a few days or a few onths before burning up. Is the relay actually melting or just failing? What tests or checks have been done, if any?
For a relay to fail from overheating something has to be causing this heat, like a short or failed component. I cannot tell you exactly what it might be without some handson testing.
