Ford Repair/DRL

Even easier (if you don't mind living without your daytime running lights) is to pull the fuse for the DRL module.  The fuse is in the main fusebox under the hood on the drivers side.  On my 1998 ford explorer 4 door 4X4 it was a blue 15 amp mini fuse in position 4 of the mini fuses.  The fuse panel map is in the back of the manual that came with the vehicle.

Your regular lights will still work normally but if you want to run your lights during the day you will have to turn them on and off manually - just like the old days!
