Foreclosure/Quick Question

Question
Hello,
I have been talking with a Realtor here in Las Vegas

Answer
I would talk to at least three agents before making a decision to sell a home.  Get to know them.  Do they respond and return your calls quickly?  Do they dress and act professionally?  Do they know the market and the type of property?  Do they have marketing skills or do they repeat what they have been trained to say?  There are a lot of great agents out there and many good ones.  And with any vocation, there is a small number of agents you will find it difficult to deal with.
