Garage concrete was crumbling.   I cut out sections of the concrete and put in pillars tied into the bedrock with rebar and also ran long bolts into the pillars and through the bottom wood later I then built a wood frame of treated lumber applied water proof material on the outside and then backfilled with gravel and tubular weeping tile.I then applied garden cloth and soil on top angled, away from the house and later added sod. This is a gashed that is  40 years old with good walls and an excellent roof. Worked better than a 22000 garage.
