Markish,

I have a problem with the installation.  As it starts install it goes through a Setup check, and tells me at Step #1 of 3, that: "Setup has detected that some of the software components that are installed on your computer do not match the version required for Visual FoxPro.  You must install a different version of these components."

I have Win/XP with all latest Service Packs.  How can I get past this problem to get the install working?  Any advice is greatly appreciated.

   Sorry for the delay in my response. However I need more info on the components that don't match so that I can suggest...

You can also refer http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vfoxpro/bb190292.aspx for the system requirements anyhow.
