Experience I've been into Dbase programming from age of 11. I've worked in versions from FoxPro 2.0 and Foxbase. Education/Credentials I've done my B.Tech (IT) with distinction from Anna University, Chennai - India.
I have a problem with the installation. As it starts install it goes through a Setup check, and tells me at Step #1 of 3, that: "Setup has detected that some of the software components that are installed on your computer do not match the version required for Visual FoxPro. You must install a different version of these components."
I have Win/XP with all latest Service Packs. How can I get past this problem to get the install working? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
