Hi Carla,
My boyfriend and I are going to be in Monte Carlo June 21st for 1 week. We
will have a rental car and would like to travel to the countryside and stay in
different places each night.  We would like to see Avignon and cute places like
that, maybe Bourdoux also.  Could you recommend places to stay, maybe
some restaurants.  We would also like to tour Eze.  Could you please send me
your imput?  Thanks so much!  Megan

Hi Megan!

Bordeaux is quite far from Monaco and with just three days at your disposal, I'd stick to Provence, if I were you.

You could visit Avignon, Nimes and Arles, maybe spend a few hours around Camargue (beware of the mosquitoes, though).

Eze is lovely but also tiny, and just a few miles from Monaco. You could easily take a half-day trip there, http://www.eze-riviera.com

I'm afraid I can't help you with hotel accommodations or restaurants, as I haven't been in that area for quite some time. Sorry about that.
