Question I know that the Euro Star goes from St Pancras to Paris. But could you please tell me from what French railway station can I travel to Sancerre and what is the nearest station to the Sancerre.

you have to take a train from the Gare de Lyon and then a bus from Tracy Sancerre. The train ride takes about two hours and there's only one fast train direct to Trancy Sancerre leaving at just after 7 in the morning. You can check your travel times on the SNCF web site.
