Question

whats the difference between importing & franchising in a specific brand?

for instance ( whats the difference between importing kitkat choclate & have kitkat choclate franchise )

this point scatter me want you to explain it further more

thanks

Answer
Importing is a method of distribution where you are a middleman, and buy products from the manufacturer.
THEY have the brand already, you just send it to retailers.
In Franchising you are BUYING the brand up-front.
Customers go directly to you to buy products and services for retail. You invest your money in the brand, and the brand helps you with marketing, and distribution.
