Question For my class I need to know one key insight into managing people, groups, or organizations in my culture which is french canadian
Answer Bonjour, Jennifer,
When managing groups of French-Canadians, keep this one thing in mind, we work to live, not the other way around. Not to say that we aren't ambitious or dedicated to our careers, but I think that if you ask typical French-Canadians what matters most to them, they will likely reply family, friends, and the pleasant things in life such as good food, a comfortable home, the opportunity to travel, and other such non-work related "luxuries".
Bonne chance!
