There is an episode of Friends where they are going to go out to dinner for Phoebe's birthday, but she could only get reservations for the night before, which Joey stated was Halloween, making her birthday in that episode November 1st, not Feb. 16th.

Joey's birthday is referenced in The One Where Chandler Can't Remember Which Sister, which takes place sometime soon after Christmas, making it likely that Joey's birthday is January 1967.

Though in Season 1, the One with the Birth, Joey says his age is 25 in the same episode that Monica admits that she is 26!

Chandler's birthday is also vaguely mentioned in another episode (I forget what the name of the episode is but i'm pretty sure it's season 6).

Monica and Chandler have their valentine's day two weeks late (meaning beginning of march), and Monica says "So your birthday is in a month and a half". Meaning that Chandler's birthday is in April yes.

phoebe also states in one episode(can´t remember which one that " I was 18 and my mother had just killed herself"   and in the one with joey´s bag she tells her father that her mother lily is dead for 17 years...

In the first episode of the fourth season (1997) she mentions to Phoebe Sr. that she had the "Past 29 years to try and get to know me" Therefore Phoebe's birthday would be February 16th 1968.

Phoebe is actually a year older than she thinks she is so that would make her birth year 1967, not 68.

Phoebe's birthday cannot be in February because in "The one with Phoebe's Birthday Dinner," Phoebe says that she could not get a reservation for her birthday dinner on her birthday, so she had to get it on Halloween instead.  This would make her birthday be late October or early November.  Obviously, the writers were not consistent about birthdays of the characters throughout the ten seasons, and it's too bad.

Rachel's birthday is May 5th and Ross' is sometime in December as per the episode where Phoebe gets sick and chandler meets Kathy at The Perk.

I think this off by 2 years. In the One Where They All Turn 30, Rachel turns 30 in May 2001, right before Chandler and Monica get married. So Monica and Rachel were born in 1971. Also, I thought Ross and Chandler were 1 year older than Rachel and Monica.

In season 3 (filmed in 97) Ross says he's 29.  That would put your whole deduction off by a year.
