I would suspect possibaly the BCM (Body Control Module).
BEFORE you replace this expensive part, I would have it checked.
Any shop should be able to communicate with it,check for codes first. Then see if the data for the door ajar switches are closed or open with same door closed or open.
If it all matches, they should check for any wiring issues.
If all checks out the BCM MAY be the cause.
