Question
Vehicle will not accelerate at full speed when I accelerate , as though the catalytic convertor is clogged or the transmission is holding the vehicle back.  Auto zone's analyzer said that one of the 02 sensors ( 1 of 3) was not heating up. Second code, fuel tank pressure sensor was not functioning properly.  Is this a common problem? Where is the fuel tank pressure sensor located?

Answer
fuel tank sensor is on top of the fuel tank, possibly near the front, somewhat common depending on miles but seeing as how it is 9 years old, yes it could be malfunctioning, as for the O2 not heating up, if it is the post convertor O2 that is not heating I would say with most certainty that the convertor is plugged, hence no hot exhaust air getting to the O2
