I haven't read anything about a tour this year at all. The popular thinking is that Peter will first complete I/O, the long-awaited follow up to UP (released in 2002), and then contemplate touring. Unfortunately, since there isn't even a hint of a release date for I/O at the moment, a tour anytime soon is unlikely.
