Can I buy 3 points at a vegas sportsbook when wagering on NBA games. On most offshore sites wagering at the given points spread the cost is -110, and I can buy 3 additional points it goes to -170. Is it the same in Vegas sportsbooks?

Yes, most Vegas Books work the same as the off shore books.

And yes, the cost is the same.

Sometimes, your actually better off just playing the money line, it ends up costing you less than buying the 3 points!
