Question
Exactly how do you count cards in Blackjack? I'm not going to but Im just curious because i just saw the movie 21... im just curious

Answer
Hi,

The basic idea of card counting in blackjack is to keep a running total of the number of high cards left in the deck. You do this by starting from 0 with a new shoe, subtracting 1 for each 2 - 6 that is dealt, and adding 1 for each ten - ace that is dealt. When the running count is around 7 or more, bet more money because the shoe has a lot of big cards in it, and big cards not only give you 20s and 21s, but they also bust soft dealer hands.

Cheers!
